Prefeasibility of incubation center is an approach to incorporate innovative window in FFC layout. The project aimed to conduct an in-depth Prefeasibility study, scope of incubation center, potential impact on overall business growth and role of incubation center in revamping or adding value in current business structure and product line of FFC. 

The scope of work for this particular project includes strategic level discussions with key position holders within FFC and business experts across the country to develop an enhanced learning report. Apart from interviewing business experts, project also includes best industry practices and incubation centers functioning across the country and reputed universities such as LUMS, NUST, LSE. 

The project also includes learning from international best practices and incubation centers operations from other countries primarily India, Japan, USA, UK, Germany, China and South Korea to bring innovation in different corporate giants.
