Muhammad Awais passionately advocates the significance of development sector to uplift poverty-stricken communities of Pakistan, and help improve overall lifestyle of marginalized population segments. He currently serves as the Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E). 

As an M&E professional, he is responsible for project design, risk assessment, developing SOPs/safeguarding protocols, and periodic reviews. With over 9 years of experience, he has worked on diverse thematic areas across Pakistan. Muhammad’s expertise lies in research, behavioral change communication/community engagement, youth capacity building, and communication. He has extensive experience in designing qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. He has successfully implemented behavioral change and community awareness programs, contributing to positive impact in various regions of the country. Additionally, he has conducted trainings and capacity building sessions. 

He has demonstrated his ability to handle projects with short timelines and deliver holistic monitoring and evaluation models covering varying needs of implemented projects coupled with socio-cultural and ground realities of targeted areas across the country.
